Insurance & Payment
Clear Information. Supportive Guidance. No Guesswork.
At Time 2 Heal Counseling Services, we believe access to care should be as clear and supportive as possible. Understanding insurance coverage and payment options can feel overwhelming, and our goal is to help make this process straightforward and transparent.
Plans
Insurance Coverage
We accept a variety of insurance plans for mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Coverage varies based on your plan, provider network, and level of care.
During the intake process, our administrative team will:
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Review covered services and benefits
- Explain any co-pays, deductibles, or out-of-pocket costs
- Confirm authorization requirements, when applicable
Insurance coverage is verified as a courtesy; however, clients remain responsible for understanding their individual benefits and financial obligations.
